We agree that there’s nothing more frustrating than feeling like your email isn’t important to vendors. While we don’t require that all communication is via email (you’ll get our cell number once you’ve booked for quick and easy communication) we guarantee that when you do email us, you’ll receive a response within 12 hours.

We respond to emails within 12 hours.
We know it can be hard to balance vendor appointments with your schedule, so while we typically hold office hours from 10a - 06p Monday through Thursday, we also offer appointments outside of office hours so you don’t have to rearrange your day.

Each month, we allocate a percentage of our profit to go toward client resources, training, and new products. From our comprehensive Client Portal, to our fully stocked emergency kit, we believe in providing the highest quality resources to all of our couples to ensure that you’re getting the most out of your investment with us.
